What a joy we have in Jesus! What a love we have found in our Lord. Julie and I are so blessed and excited for the new year that God has given. Life is a gift and each day precious. 2023 shall be good for you because you are in Jesus Christ and He is in you. You have the greater One inside you! Greater is He that is in us than He that is in the world.
My prayer is that we rise up and love others with greater fervency and passion. I believe the best way we can love another is to share the gospel with them. Our plan for 2023 is so simple. Go into the world and proclaim the gospel. We have been doing so now for 28 years. I am not tired of it, but more fired up than ever about Jesus. Like the apostle Paul said in Romans 1:16, “I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation for everyone who believes”.
There is nothing more powerful than the gospel of Jesus Christ. Nothing better is coming. We are not looking for the latest and greatest, or newest cutting edge trend in Christianity. God has given His gospel, which He still confirms with miracles, signs, and wonders. For instance, this past month I was preaching the Gospel to Hindus and Buddhists. After receiving salvation, one family brought their grandfather who could no longer walk and was blind. They brought him up in the chair and I laid hands upon him and spoke the name of Jesus over his limp legs. Next taking him by the hand, I told him to stand up and he did. Why? Because God did. God confirmed the gospel to this old man who believed. He then began to walk. Finally, after speaking the name of Jesus over his eyes, God restored his vision. All glory and honor to Jesus our savior and healer!
We believe 2023 will be a successful and fruitful year because the gospel has the same power. Jesus is and will be the same yesterday, today, and forever, Hebrews 13:8. It is just that simple and I praise God for it. I recently spent some time praying for direction for the new year. In addition to ministering in Asia, and Colombia this new year, I believe God spoke to me to go to Serbia in the Balkans, Amsterdam in Holland, Lubbock Texas and Schulenburg. We have zero contacts in any of these four places. I believe if it is God, He will connect us and open the doors. We have also received an invitation to minister in Cd. Victoria Mexico for a revival meeting and also in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Please can you pray for us, we need the covering and the supply of the Spirit that prayer accesses. Also, please agree with us for robust health and strength this year. Please let us know what we can agree with you about in prayer.
