Charley & Julie have been serving various communities in the world as missionaries. Their hearts burn for the lost to be saved and for the church to experience revival.  Married at the mutual age of 16, they have enjoyed over 40 years together, raising four children, a niece, and are proud grandparents of 6 grandsons and a granddaughter.

In 1999 Charley responded the missionary evangelistic calling, left his law practice, and the family moved to the mission field. Since then Julie and he have lived and ministered in Mexico, Colombia, and the US. The Elliotts have traveled to and ministered in various other countries in Central and South America, Asia, Africa, and Europe. God has blessed them: to help Churches of various denominations experience revival; conduct city wide miracle Gospel campaigns;  plant and establish new churches; and develop  schools of ministry.  They have seen revival burn across Mexico and ignite in various parts of Colombia, parts of Asia and the States, at times continuing for months. 

In 2015 they relocated their mission base to Rionegro Antioquia, Colombia. There they have trained new missionaries, conducted city wide evangelistic crusades, ministry training schools, and planted a new church. In 2018 doors opened to a restricted area of Asia. Currently they are traveling into the region, partnering and conducting three ministry/ mission schools. Graduates have been sent as missionaries, evangelist, and church planters to Bhutan, Nepal, China, Myanmar, and  to various states of another large nation. Currently the ministry is supporting 4 new church plants.

A Spiritual awakening is dawning in the U.S.  In the spring of 2021 God used them in extended revival meetings in their home town.  “God is moving, if He lays it upon your heart, we need your prayers and financial support.”  – Charley
