As we prepare to leave September 9th to start a new life and ministry in Rionegro Colombia the words of Jesus in Luke 4:43 have a fresh and special meaning to our hearts. He said “ I must preach the kingdom of God to the other cities also, because for this purpose I have been sent.” Jesus said this in response to people who loved him and were trying to keep him from leaving them.
We have had a very beautiful summer with special opportunities to reconnect and be close to family again. It’s hard to leave. Everyone has a calling and a purpose in life. Today I believe I feel what Jesus felt and understand what he meant. In this new region of Colombia that we are moving to, there are millions who do not know Jesus and His love for them. Thus our call and our purpose sends us to them. We are excited and feel so blessed to be sent to them. Thanks for helping us with your prayers and financial support.

Jesus says in Matthew 24:14 “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.” This new mission frontier is exciting and challenging!
